Grievance Redressal
We are committed to resolving your grievances promptly and fairly. Your feedback helps us serve you better.
The customer may submit their grievance first by visiting the nearest branch of the Company or by sending a written complaint to the Registered Office. If the issue is not redressed within 7 days, the customer may proceed to escalate the matter through the Grievance Redressal Mechanism outlined below.
यह ग्राहक अपनी शिकायत सबसे पहले कंपनी की निकटतम शाखा में जाकर या पंजीकृत कार्यालय को लिखित शिकायत भेजकर दर्ज करा सकता है। यदि शिकायत का निवारण 7 दिनों के भीतर नहीं किया जाता है, तो ग्राहक नीचे उल्लिखित शिकायत निवारण तंत्र के माध्यम से मामले को आगे बढ़ा सकता है।

Lodge Your Complaint
Visit the nearest branch or send a written complaint to our Registered Office. Alternatively, email us at Contactus@rkpfinance.com
Escalate to GRO
If not resolved within 7 days, escalate to our Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) — Mr. Rahul Singhal — at the Registered Office.
Nodal Officer / RBI
If still unresolved, contact our Nodal Officer or approach the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman for further redressal.

Contact the nearest branch of RKP Finance for immediate resolution of your complaint.
Grievance Redressal Officer
Escalate to the GRO if unresolved within 7 days. Contact Mr. Rahul Singhal at our Registered Office.
RBI Ombudsman / NBFC Ombudsman
If still unresolved, you may approach the RBI's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in
